Title: Consulting Product yst (BA)
Location: Onsite in Nashville TN (will do remote for a stellar candidate)
Duration: 612 months Contract
NOTE:
Only W2
Any Independent Visa is fine.

From the JD:
- The Consulting Product yst position reviews yzes and evaluates business systems and user needs of applications/products supported by the Payment Compliance Solutions team. Leverages ysis to recommend system and business process modifications to support business strategies through the purchased or inhouse developed software. Writes detailed description of business goals user needs technology solution functions and steps required to develop or modify those solutions. Requires detail knowledge of requirements gathering and doentation practices as well as software development odologies. Communicates requirements to software developers and ures that the designed solution will meet business and user needs. Works with business users to resolve conflicting requirements. This position will work with project managers and scrum masters to develop timelines and manage project risks ist in the development of quality urance test plans and help develop end user doentation.
- This position would support Payment Compliance Solutions operations to gather and doent use cases and feature requirements. Must work with project team of developers/QA ysts on features enhancements and fixes as required. Will serve as 2nd tier escalation point for issues related to system functionality. This position requires a strong background in gathering requirements.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Independent innovative creative selfmanaging individual with the ability to succeed with only general directions.
- Creates a joint vision for IT solutions by maintaining strong relationships with business unit and Solution Leader and ists in preparing and presenting the value proposition or business case.
- Creates deliverables independently or with BA team and manages approvals. Provides coaching technical functional guidance on specific project deliverables
- Provides expertise in process design and provides leadership in communicating requirements to product development testing and education/training.
- Builds strong and diverse network of relationships with various stakeholder groups. Identifies impact to other solutions or projects and works with other BAs and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.
