Job Description
Title : Techno Functional Lead BA
Location: Charlotte North Carolina (Day 1 onsite & Hybrid Model)
Duration: 6 Months
Must to have:
Expertise in IVR systems and Conversational AI platform
BRDs functional specs user stories Experience with system
integration involving telecom platforms (e.g. billing systems BSS CRM).
Updated JD:
Experience with Conversational AI projects and Kore AI. Intent of the role is identification and development along with Business View is an added advantage
Telecom or CRM ideally IVR related experience & services or other related industry experience
Experience with system integrations bonus experience with implementation with IVR and Conversational AI (any platform)
LC/NC Framework (knowledge)
Expertise in working closely with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements especially IVR systems.
Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs functional specs and process flows.
