Accounting istant Manager
Summary
A leading Japanese travel and hospitality company is seeking an Accounting istant Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing Accountingrelated matters across their dining sector including monthly closing AP/AR consolidated financial statements. Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
Essential Duties (Unofficial)
Monday Friday; 9:00 18:00
Flexible work hours might be applicable
Woking Location
Los Angeles CA
2 days in the office 3 days WFM (Subject to change)
Salary/Benefit
$68K 70K DOE

- Oversee and manage the monthly closing process.
- Handle AP/AR functions.
- Prepare and yze consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data.
- ist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Provide support during external audits.
- Other duties may be igned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office especially Excel.
- Strong ytical and problemsolving ss.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (spoken and written).
