Architect for Cultural Conservation & Heritage Projects – London

Location: London

This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects within the conservation cultural and heritage sectors across the South East. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects through all RIBA stages with a focus on adaptive reuse conservation and heritage buildings
  • Develop highquality design and technical drawings using AutoCAD Revit and NBS Chorus
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building and Planning regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders managing project progress and expectations
  • Provide technical detailing and projectrunning expertise with the ability to manage and resolve project issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams displaying a positive attitude and a commitment to learning

Key Ss & Requirements:

  • Part 3 qualified Architect with experience in a UKbased practice
  • Strong design and drawing ss with attention to detail and a portfolio of highquality work
  • Thorough understanding of UK building and planning regulations
  • Proven experience working across all RIBA stages
  • Excellent clientfacing and communication ss both written and verbal
  • Experience in adaptive reuse and new build projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and NBS Chorus
