Job Description
Stone Sourcing is delighted be hiring an ICT Supporter on behalf of a very wellknown ITServices company.
Home office 40% Location Zrich Basel Olten Zug Salary CHF 7085k
Our client hiring multiple positions and is looking to hire immediately.
Tasks
- 1st and 2nd level support using the followign technologies (Microsoft Windows / Microsoft 365 / VDI systems (VMware Horizon Citrix) / Sophos Firewall)
- Accepting and coordinating support requests from various customers
- Carrying out maintenance
- Collaborating on IT projects
Requirements
- Expertise in Windows and Virtualisation environments
- Experience in ITsupport is preferred
- Very good knowledge of German and English
