They are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Europe.

Tasks

• Engage with customers via phone (30%) email and chat providing prompt and effective support
• Ensure a topnotch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction specifically for the Dutch market
• Efficiently register customer data process orders coordinate shipments handle returns and manage warranty claims using our CRM system
• Keep uptodate with our companys products to provide accurate and helpful information

Requirements

• Outstanding verbal and written ss that allow you to connect with customers clearly and effectively
• A warm empathetic approach with a genuine pion for helping others
• A strong orientation towards customer satisfaction with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
