Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and yze business requirements for the nCino platform.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed requirements.
• Configure and customize the nCino platform to align with business processes.
• Conduct gap ysis and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleing for nCinorelated issues.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for endusers.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed.
• Stay updated on nCino product updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business yst preferably with nCino or similar banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial services.
• Excellent ytical and problemsolving ss.
• Proficiency in nCino configuration and customization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational ss.

Preferred Ss:

• Experience with Salesforce and its integration with nCino.
• Knowledge of Agile odologies.
• Certification in Business ysis or related fields.
