Customer Service Representatives are the first contact point for customers with questions or concerns. Their primary objective is to ensure customers have a seamless experience and feel satisfied with the companys products or services.
Whether through phone email or chat CSRs are always ready to go the extra mile!
Tasks
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone emails or chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide uptodate product and service information to customers
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as call volume and resolution time
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues concerns and trends.
Requirements
- High school education diploma
- Native or near native level of German
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level oral validation will be conducted)
- Excellent communication and argumentation ss
- Strong technology/computer ss
- Relocation package on offer if coming from abroad
