Shift Options:

• 12Hour Shifts:
• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• 8Hour Shifts:
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
• FullTime Evenings:
• 32 hours per week 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• FullTime Nights:
• 32 hours per week 11:00 PM 7:30 AM

Compensation:

• Hourly Range: $28.90 $41.00 (based on experience)
• SignOn Bonus: $8000 $12000

Shift Differentials:

• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM: Saturday & Sunday: $1.25/hour extra
• 3:00 PM 11:00 PM:
• Monday Thursday: $2.00/hour extra
• Friday Sunday: $3.00/hour extra
• 11:00 PM 7:00 AM:
• Monday Thursday: $4.00/hour extra
• Friday Sunday: $5.00/hour extra

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compionate care to patients in a Behavioral Health/Mental Health setting.
• ess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and theutic environment for patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Doent patient care and progress accurately.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Michigan.
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience:
• New grads will be considered but psych or ED experience is preferred.
• Ss:
• Professional knowledge of psychiatric nursing theory may be required typically acquired through completion of education from an accredited school of nursing.
