Job Description
Job Description: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Rasmeda Durg
Salary:per month
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Mechanical Operations: Oversee daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities ensuring smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of technicians providing guidance and support to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Equipment Monitoring: Monitor and ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems conducting regular checks and identifying issues early.
- Installation and Repairs: Supervise the installation repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment including pumps motors and machinery.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Trouble mechanical problems and provide solutions to minimize production delays.
- Doentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols ensuring a safe work environment for the team.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with electrical and production teams to ensure optimal performance of plant operations.
Ss Required:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems machinery and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and manuals.
- Leadership and team management ss.
- Problemsolving and troubleing abilities.
- Proficiency in mechanical repair and maintenance practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal ss.
