Job Description

Manufacturing Learning & Development Manager

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.

  • Proven work experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Strong knowledge of training principles adult learning theory and instructional design odologies.

  • Familiarity with various training ods and techniques including elearning platforms virtual clrooms and blended learning approaches.

  • Excellent facilitation presentation and communication ss with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and s levels.

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs related to leadership development technical ss soft ss and compliance training.

  • Proficiency in using training software learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia tools to create and deliver training content.

  • ytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data to measure training program effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.

Role & Responsibility

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and objectives based on organizational goals and individual employee requirements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Design create and deliver effective training programs workshops and materials that ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to engage and motivate learners.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions ensuring availability of necessary resources and facilities.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness and gather feedback through various essment ods such as surveys quizzes and observations.
  • yze training data and metrics to identify trends gaps and areas for improvement and make appropriate adjustments to the training programs accordingly.
  • Monitor and align to the training budget ensuring costeffective training solutions are implemented.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development and incorporate relevant innovations into the training programs.
  • Collaborate with external training providers and subject matter experts when necessary to enhance the training offerings.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers and facilitators ensuring highquality delivery of training programs.
  • Keep track of employee training records certifications and competencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
