Manufacturing Learning & Development Manager
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
Proven work experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of training principles adult learning theory and instructional design odologies.
Familiarity with various training ods and techniques including elearning platforms virtual clrooms and blended learning approaches.
Excellent facilitation presentation and communication ss with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and s levels.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs related to leadership development technical ss soft ss and compliance training.
Proficiency in using training software learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia tools to create and deliver training content.
ytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data to measure training program effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.
