Job Description
Are you pionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and success We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Success ociates. This role will give you the opportunity to work in a fastpaced salesdriven environment while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- ist and guide customers through their journey to success with our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams to address customer queries and needs.
- Track and monitor customer progress identifying potential challenges and proactively providing solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Veti 5 and Veti 6 tools or equivalent.
- Strong communication ss with a focus on client interaction and relationship management.
- Ability to multitask manage time efficiently and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in customer success or a similar role is a plus.

Requirements and ss Proven experience as debt collector / negotiator / debt settlement experience Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines Knowledge of relevant legal requirements USA Working knowledge of MS Office and databases Excellent communication, drive, results focused, motivated and people ss Apt in negotiating and persuading to closure Ability to be professional, polite and compionate without lacking confidence
Education
Education: Graduation in any discipline.
