Job Description: Customer Success Associate

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Shift: Rotational (24x7 for both males and females)
Salary Range:CTC
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Fintech/BFSI
Education: Graduate in any field
Process Type: International

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage international customer relationships in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve issues and provide outstanding support to clients primarily from North America. This role requires dedication ownership and a strong focus on maintaining Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Maintain high CSAT scores by effectively addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
  • Own and resolve customer concerns ensuring thorough followup and timely resolution.
  • Communicate professionally with native Englishspeaking clients to deliver a superior experience.
  • Offer endtoend resolution of issues with clear polite and professional communication.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Nearnative fluency in English with excellent grammar syntax and vocabulary.
  • Neutral or minimal accent to ensure smooth interaction with international clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for businesslevel interactions.
  • Ability to manage customer queries and foster strong client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Fintech or BFSI sector.

Selection Process

  1. HR Interview
  2. Operations/Client Interview
  3. Versant Test (to assess communication skills)

Additional Details

  • Cab Facility: Provided within a 20 km radius of the office.
  • Interview Mode: Virtual for HR and Client rounds (FacetoFace if required).
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
