Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the receiving storing packing and shipping of merchandise or materials. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintains stock records and schedules.
Responsible for directing training and motivating hourly UAW employees in a world cl logistics facility.
Responsible for all operations goals and targets pertaining to safety quality delivery cost morale and the environment.
Active involvement with the workforce to improve operations through continuous improvement activities.
- Requirements:
Manufacturing experience (2 years minimum).
Previous Warehouse Supervisory experience (2 years minimum).
MUST be able to work any shift schedule and/or OT as needed.
Candidate should be able to hit the ground running with little supervision - Bachelors Degree.
Preferred Requirements:
Union Environment Experience.
Track and yze multiple types of data. Charting and reporting data. Track, chart KPI Targets.
