• As a scrum master lead and promote the development process based on the agile framework
  
• In charge of requirements definition planning and release management in product development projects
  
• Facilitate scrum events (sprint planning daily scrum sprint review sprint retrospective)
  
• Promote smooth communication between product owners development teams and other stakeholders
  
• Support the progress of the development team and lead the elimination of obstacles and bottlenecks
  
• Manage the quality of deliverables and propose improvement measures in various product development
  

• As a scrum master support the efficient work of the entire team and promote agile development
  
• Lead all phases of the product development process from planning to release and provide products that meet client expectations
  
• Support smooth project promotion and decisionmaking while involving stakeholders
  
• Enable the development team to perform at their best and lead the elimination of obstacles and problem solving
  
• Contribute to improving the quality of project deliverables and make continuous improvements based on feedback after release

• 3 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile project leader
  
• Experience in product development projects especially practical experience in requirements definition design and release
  
• Understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban etc.)
  
• Ability to lead smooth communication between stakeholders
  
• Business communication ss in Japanese (proficient reading writing and speaking in Japanese)
  

• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and PMP qualifications
  
• Experience as a product owner
  
• Development experience of ITrelated products
  

• A person who has excellent coordination ss and can smoothly communicate with development teams and stakeholders as a Scrum Master
  
• A person with leadership ss that can involve team members and related parties and maximize overall performance
  
• A person who is familiar with each phase of product development and can pursue continuous improvement and innovation
  
• A person with a strong understanding and practical ability of Agile values and principles
  
• A person who is honest about their roles and responsibilities and has an attitude of contributing to the success of the project
