Job Description:
- Scrum implementation and Scrum Master services for projects
- Introducing agile culture to the organization
- Enabling the scrum team to embody and execute agile practices and transforming the organization into an agile culture
Scrum Master and Agile Coach:
- Involve the scrum team from the beginning and help them grow through training mentoring and coaching. Also support the product owner and share scrum and agile processes with other departments to help the project proceed smoothly.
Agile Transformation:
- Promote an agile approach throughout the organization. This job includes considering and formulating management methods for the agile approach such as budget considerations and member evaluations and promoting the approach with the members of the organization

- Japanese: Native level
