Job Overview
As a key leader at Resilient Equities the Engineering Project Manager will oversee MEP engineering projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to budget timeline and quality standards. This role demands a solid grasp of engineering principles and International Construction Codes (ICC) particularly for vertical construction projects like residential buildings commercial spaces and educational facilities. The successful candidate will be adept in Revit and AutoCAD managing multiple projects while mentoring engineers and drafters and fostering collaboration across teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Craft the Framework of Project Success
- Lead and oversee MEP engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Keep project plans updated and maintain comprehensive project doentation including contracts and change orders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (2 to 3) while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers and drafters.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular team meetings and project reviews.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all design team members.
- Apply advanced knowledge of engineering concepts and MEP systems in project planning and .
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project modeling and management; proficiency in these tools is a plus.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Anticipate project challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Make informed decisions that align with company objectives.
- Ensure all projects comply with International Construction Codes (ICC) focusing on regulations in Puerto Rico and Florida.
- Adapt to and learn U.S. codes and concepts where applicable.

Requirements
Spotlight on Ss: Essential Qualifications
- English Level: C1 C2.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering project management for commercial and institutional projects.
- Proven experience with vertical construction including residential commercial restaurant apartment warehouse school and retail environments.
- Portfolio is required.
Education:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
Tech Stack:
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of International Construction Codes (ICC) and other U.S. design standards (ISO ANSI ASHRAE ASPE NEC NFPA etc.).
Plus:
- Experience with projects in Puerto Rico Florida or overall U.S. projects is a plus.
