Job Description: The DOJs National Security Division is looking for a CRM Developer specializing in Salesforce to support its case/matter management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and modify ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case/matter management platform
- Integrate with mission partner data repositories
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience with CRM systems development
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration support and maintenance
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration support and maintenance
- Bachelors Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Active Top Secret clearance
