Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Cloud IT Engineer to become a critical part of our clients dynamic and innovative team. In this role youll manage cloudbased IT infrastructures ensure the security of webbased applications and drive the development of cuttingedge IT solutions. Youll have the opportunity to work with industryleading technologies and collaborate with top talent to shape the future of Fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support maintain and optimize cloudbased infrastructures including Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 and AWS.

• Manage and trouble webbased applications and CRM platforms to ensure smooth operation.

• Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures including monitoring systems and protection tools.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and deploy scalable reliable IT solutions.

• Develop and maintain IT policies procedures and best practices for continuous improvement.

• Provide technical support and troubleing for systems and endusers to minimize downtime.

• Stay on top of industry trends to continuously innovate IT processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 510 years in IT roles with a focus on cloud infrastructures and security.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent experience.

Technical Ss:

• Proficient in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 AWS).

• Experience managing webbased applications and CRM platforms.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and monitoring tools.

• Ability to provide comprehensive IT support and troubleing.

• Basic understanding of API integrations.

Soft Ss:

• Strong problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication ss both written and verbal.

• Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of the latest technology trends.

Preferred Ss:

• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator ociate AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

• Experience with SaaS applications and hosting providers.

• Familiarity with IT compliance and regulatory standards.

• Experience in Fintech or similar highly regulated industries.

Remote (Candidates in Canadian or Australian time zones are preferred).
