Job Description: Bus Driver

About the Role:

• Transport pengers safely comfortably and on time
• Work independently as part of a closeknit team
• Flexibility required with varied shifts (early mornings to late evenings)
• Primarily drive electric buses in the scenic Limburg region

Responsibilities:

• Digital ticket sales and penger service
• Drive buses safely in all conditions
• Report irregularities (traffic road conditions bus occupancy)
• Conduct vehicle checks and maintenance
• Prepare buses for operation

Requirements:

• English level: B2 minimum
• EU pport and valid EU driving license (D)
• Valid Code 95 and Tachograph card
• 1 year of bus driving experience (in last 3 years)
• Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC)

Salary & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: 16.30 (based on experience)
• Net salary from 2600/month
• 36hour workweek 8% holiday allowance
• Free housing in a private room (shared house)
• Free public transport competitive salary and travel allowance (0.22/km)
• Endofyear bonus: 5.75% of gross annual wage

Additional Costs:

• Optional car rental: 75/week
• Health insurance: 35.58/week
• Travel to the Netherlands at the candidates expense

Onboarding Process:

1. Interview with TCS Recruiter
2. Job acceptance
3. Online Capacity & Safety essment
4. Apply for CGC/Criminal Record
5. Introductory meeting with client (WhatsApp video call)
6. Contract signing and Onboarding with TCS Nederland
7. Arrival in the Netherlands at the TCS office:
   1. Accommodation
   2. Car (if needed)
   3. Medical exam
   4. Registration at the Municipality
8. Start working!
