What We Do

Candidates will work for the largest coach company in the Netherlands driving line buses and providing transport for major events like the Dutch Grand Prix Lowlands DefQon 1 school trips and more.

Requirements:

• Drivers license D
• Valid Code 95 (must be obtained prior to starting)
• Medical test clearance
• English level B1/B2 for day shifts A1 for night shifts
• EU citizenship or work permit
• 1 yearn of driving experience within the last 3 years

Salary Information:

• Nett salary:per month
• Weekly payments based on 40hour workweeks
• Travel allowance: accommodation garage accommodation 0.21 per km
• 8% holiday allowance
• Extra and irregular hours paid every 3 months
• Irregular Hours Compensation:
• 4.80 extra per hour (MonFri: 19:00 07:30)
• 4.45 extra per hour for Saturdays
• 6.18 extra per hour for Sundays/public holidays

Job Tasks:

• Pretrip bus checks (oil coolant damage)
• Log mileage daily
• Check routes for delays
• Drive customers and return buses filled with fuel
• Travel abroad only after gaining experience

Costs:

• Car rental: 75/week
• Free housing for 3 months then 98/week
• Mandatory health insurance: 35.58/week
• Travel to the Netherlands: at your own cost
• Airport to TCS office: refunded

Onboarding Process:

1. Interview with TCS Recruiter
2. Intro meeting with client (WhatsApp video call)
3. Starting the onboarding and signing the contracts with TCS Nederland
4. Arrival in the Netherlands:
   1. Accommodation
   2. Rent a Car (if needed)
   3. Medical Exam
   4. Registration at municipality
   5. Planning.
5. Start working!
