Job Description
Job Title: French Customer Service Specialist
Location: Bucharest Romania
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and issues efficiently via phone email chat and social media in French.
Provide clear and professional communication ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide comprehensive support.
Uphold service excellence in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Fluency in French (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken.
Proficiency in English.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
