Role Overview:
As a CroatianSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be the direct link between our customers in Croatia and our services. You will provide support answer inquiries and ist with various customer service needs to ensure that every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver topnotch customer service ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
This position is onsite based in our ClujNapoca office offering you the chance to work in a vibrant collaborative environment. Additionally we offer a 1000 signing bonus to welcome you to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for Croatianspeaking customers handling inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints questions and requests in a timely and professional manner ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: ist customers with order placements tracking shipments processing returns and managing any postpurchase inquiries.
- Account istance: Help customers with accountrelated issues including pword resets account updates and payment issues.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Escalation Management: Identify more complex issues and escalate them to relevant departments when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- FollowUp: Conduct followup calls or emails to ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution of their inquiries.
- Doentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Sharing: Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve processes products and services.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Croatian and English: Strong written and verbal communication ss in both languages are essential.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer interaction service or a related field is a strong advantage.
- ProblemSolving Ss: Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes.
- Strong Communication Ss: Excellent interpersonal ss with the ability to build rapport with customers and manage customer relationships.
- DetailOriented: Ability to maintain accuracy in handling customer orders and doenting customer interactions.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and general office software such as Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
