CzechSlovak Speaking Content Moderator

We are currently hiring Czech/SlovakSpeaking Content Moderators for a global social media project. In this role you will review and moderate usergenerated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and platform policies. You will play a key part in helping create a safe and positive digital space for millions of users while working in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Evaluate and moderate usergenerated content (posts images videos etc.) to ensure it follows platform policies and community standards.
• Enforcing Policies: Identify and remove inappropriate harmful or offensive content (e.g. violent material hate speech or harment) based on community guidelines.
• Maintaining User Safety: Contribute to a secure and positive online experience by quickly addressing content violations and handling user reports.
• Improving Processes: Provide feedback to enhance content moderation tools processes and guidelines based on your daily experiences.
• Language Expertise: Use your fluency in Czech or Slovak to accurately ess and interpret content within the relevant cultural context.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in Czech or Slovak: Native or nearnative fluency in Czech or Slovak both written and spoken.
• Proficient in English: A good level of English to communicate with colleagues and management (written and spoken).
• Familiar with Social Media: An interest in and understanding of popular social media platforms and online trends.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow guidelines closely and ensure all content meets platform standards.
• Critical Thinking: The ability to ess content thoughtfully and make informed decisions regarding policy violations.
• Experience: Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus but not essential. Full training will be provided.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fastpaced everchanging environment with the flexibility to handle various tasks.
