Main Duties:

• Suggest Improvements: Provide feedback to help refine and enhance moderation tools processes and policies based on your daytoday work experience.
• Cultural Awareness: Utilize your knowledge of the Czech or Slovak language to ess content with the appropriate cultural sensitivity and understanding.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in Czech or Slovak: Nativelevel proficiency in Czech or Slovak with excellent written and spoken communication ss.
• Proficient in English: A good working knowledge of English for effective team communication and interactions with management.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with popular social media platforms and a keen interest in online trends.
• DetailOriented: Ability to follow platform guidelines meticulously and ensure all content meets required standards.

• Previous Experience: Experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus though not mandatory as full training will be provided.
