We are currently recruiting DutchSpeaking Content Moderators to join our team for a global social media project. Your role will be to review and moderate user content ensuring that it adheres to platform standards and community guidelines. You will contribute to keeping the digital space safe while working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderating Content: Screen and evaluate various types of usergenerated content (e.g. posts images videos) to ensure compliance with platform rules and guidelines.
• Enforcing Policies: Apply community standards to remove inappropriate or harmful content such as offensive language violent material or harment.
• Supporting User Safety: Help maintain a positive user experience by addressing reports and taking action against violations swiftly and effectively.
• Feedback and Improvement: Suggest improvements for content moderation practices policies and tools based on your daily experiences.
• Cultural and Language Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the Dutch language and culture to provide accurate essments of content and context.

Candidate Profile:

• Dutch Language Ss: Nativelevel or fluent Dutch proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
• English Communication: Strong English ss as it will be the primary language used for internal communications and team discussions.
• Social Media Enthusiast: Familiarity with popular social media platforms and the ability to stay up to date with current trends.
• Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail to ensure policies are followed precisely.
• ytical Thinking: Good judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions about content moderation.
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is an advantage but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fastpaced everchanging environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks as needed.
