Job Description

We are a forwardthinking digital marketing agency based in Barcelona focusing on Google products and advanced marketing strategies. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Representative who is fluent in Swedish to join our energetic team. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and inoffice collaboration with the flexibility to work from home three days a week and engage with our team in the Barcelona office for two days a week. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative fluent in Swedish you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing client relationships for our Google product offerings. Your fluency in Swedish will be key to connecting with Swedishspeaking clients and prospects. You will be responsible for generating new business leads managing client accounts and supporting our sales efforts. This role allows you to benefit from a flexible hybrid work environment balancing remote work with regular inoffice interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target new sales opportunities for Google products including Google Ads and Google ytics to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with Swedishspeaking clients understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Account Oversight: Manage and nurture client accounts ensuring high satisfaction levels addressing any issues and delivering exceptional service.
  • Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns designed to meet targets and drive revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer needs in Swedishspeaking regions.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Google products and their advantages and effectively communicate this to clients and prospects.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities performance metrics and progress towards goals providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • Client Support: ist clients with onboarding product setup and ongoing support to ensure a positive and effective experience with Google products.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer support to ensure a smooth client experience and contribute to overall company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Language Ss: Must be fluent in Swedish with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales is essential with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google products and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • ytical Abilities: Strong ytical ss to ess market data evaluate sales performance and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Ss: Excellent ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Customer Orientation: Focused on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Team Player: Capable of working effectively in a hybrid setting balancing remote and inoffice work.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle tasks in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
