Job Description
A wellelished Insurance Broker is looking for a strategic business head to drive Insurance Business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to build the most suitable and effective distribution sales channels including broker direct and alternative channels
- Offer a more balanced financial products and a breakthrough both life and nonlife insurance market
- Deliver all stakeholder values with emphasis on profitability valueadded products and customer service
- Identify guide and nurture team lead towards designing and implementing initiatives including but not limited to marketing guidelines reviewing commission structure building new channels and contributing to product development
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting Economics Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences in wellelished insurance broker firm
- Great interpersonal and presentation ss and able to communicate well with senior management
- High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua
