Head Of Business Development

A wellelished Insurance Broker is looking for a strategic business head to drive Insurance Business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to build the most suitable and effective distribution sales channels including broker direct and alternative channels

• Offer a more balanced financial products and a breakthrough both life and nonlife insurance market

• Deliver all stakeholder values with emphasis on profitability valueadded products and customer service

• Identify guide and nurture team lead towards designing and implementing initiatives including but not limited to marketing guidelines reviewing commission structure building new channels and contributing to product development

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting Economics Finance or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences in wellelished insurance broker firm

• Great interpersonal and presentation ss and able to communicate well with senior management

• High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure

• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua
