Job Description

Join our dynamic digital marketing agency based in Barcelona specializing in Google products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Representative fluent in French to become a part of our team. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative atmosphere of our Barcelona office. Role Overview: As a Junior Sales Representative you will play a key role in driving sales and building client relationships for Google products. Your fluency in French will be essential in engaging with Frenchspeaking clients and prospects. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing client accounts and contributing to the growth of our sales initiatives. This position allows you to work remotely three days a week while engaging with our team in the Barcelona office for two days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Google products including Google Ads Google ytics and other digital marketing solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Frenchspeaking clients and prospects understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends competitors and customer needs in Frenchspeaking markets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Google products and their benefits and effectively communicate these to clients and prospects.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities performance metrics and progress towards targets providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • Client Support: ist clients with onboarding product setup and ongoing support to ensure a positive experience and successful use of Google products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing and customer support to deliver a seamless client experience and support overall company goals.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales marketing or a related field is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google products and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Sales Ss: Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Ss: Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
  • Customer Focus: A customercentric approach with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a hybrid environment balancing remote and inoffice responsibilities.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic work setting.
