Position Overview:
As a GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our Germanspeaking clients offering expert advice and support related to our financial services. You will handle client queries resolve issues and guide clients on our financial products. Your role is essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient service delivery.
This position is based in our Larnaca office and features a hybrid work model with support for relocation including accommodation in Larnaca and flight tickets to Cyprus. You will join a supportive team focused on your professional development and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the main contact for Germanspeaking clients addressing their questions providing information about our financial products and resolving any concerns.
- Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues providing tailored solutions and ensuring clients are satisfied with their experience.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our financial offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in both German and English.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly and effectively handle customer complaints or issues escalating them to senior team members if necessary.
- RecordKeeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions transactions and followup actions using our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share insights enhance service processes and contribute to departmental success.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to help improve our products and services and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English: Must be fluent in both German and English with strong written and verbal communication ss.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Financial Knowledge: Experience or interest in the financial sector is a plus but not essential.
- ProblemSolving Ss: Demonstrated ability to resolve issues proactively and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision and accuracy in all tasks.
