Job Description: As a Venture Capital yst at you will play a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities conducting due diligence and supporting portfolio companies. You will work closely with our investment team to identify promising startups yze market trends and contribute to investment decisionmaking processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cuttingedge technologies and disruptive business models while developing a strong foundation in venture capital investing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough ysis of potential investment opportunities including market research financial modeling and competitive ysis.
- ist in due diligence processes by evaluating business models essing management teams and yzing financial statements.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and support portfolio companies tracking key performance metrics and providing strategic guidance as needed.
- Stay informed about industry developments and trends maintaining a proactive approach to identifying investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the growth and success of portfolio companies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Previous experience in investment banking management consulting or venture capital.
- Strong ytical ss with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation ss with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detailoriented mindset with a strategic outlook and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
