Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented ociate Information Technology yst to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will ist in the ysis design implementation and support of IT systems and infrastructure. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in IT and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

System ysis: ist in yzing and doenting business requirements workflows and system specifications. Identify and recommend solutions to improve IT processes and systems.

Technical Support: Provide firstline technical support for hardware software and network issues. Trouble and resolve user issues in a timely manner.

Implementation & Maintenance: ist in the installation configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications. Ensure systems are updated and patched regularly.

Data Management: Support data management tasks including database queries data migration and report generation. Ensure data integrity and security.

Project istance: Collaborate with senior ysts and project managers on IT projects. ist in project planning and doentation.

Doentation: Maintain accurate doentation of IT processes systems and procedures. Update knowledge base articles and user guides as necessary.

User Training: Provide training and support to endusers on new systems and applications. Develop training materials and user doentation as needed.

Compliance & Security: ist in ensuring IT systems comply with organizational policies standards and security protocols. Report potential security issues and vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience: 13 years of experience in IT support systems ysis or a related role preferred. Entrylevel candidates with relevant internships or academic projects will also be considered.

Technical Ss: Basic knowledge of IT systems networks and software applications. Familiarity with troubleing techniques and IT support tools.

ytical Ss: Strong problemsolving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to yze complex information and develop effective solutions.

Communication Ss: Excellent verbal and written communication ss. Ability to effectively interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to ist colleagues and contribute to team goals.

Adaptability: Open to learning new technologies and odologies. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
