Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Product Management yst to join our team. The ideal candidate will ist in the development and management of our product portfolio by conducting market research yzing data and supporting product strategy initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to build a foundation in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market ysis to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape. Prepare reports and presentations to support product decisions.
• Data ysis: yze product performance data user feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Product Strategy Support: ist in the development and of product strategies and roadmaps. Collaborate with senior product managers to define product requirements and specifications.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure product alignment and successful of initiatives.
• Doentation: Maintain product doentation including feature requirements user stories and process flows. Ensure that doentation is uptodate and accessible.
• Project Coordination: Support project management activities including scheduling tracking progress and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field.
• Experience: 12 years of experience in a product management business ysis or related role is preferred. Internships or relevant academic projects will be considered.
• Ss: Strong ytical and problemsolving ss. Proficiency in data ysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL) and familiarity with product management software (e.g. JIRA Confluence) is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication ss. Ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a teamoriented environment.
