This role involves troubleing application issues isting in the implementation of new features and collaborating with various teams to enhance application functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Monitor maintain and trouble application issues to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Respond to and resolve userreported problems and system errors.
- Incident Management: Investigate and diagnose applicationrelated incidents. Doent issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
- User istance: Provide technical support to endusers including answering questions resolving issues and guiding users through application functionalities.
- System Monitoring: Regularly review system performance metrics and logs to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Doentation: Create and maintain technical doentation including user guides troubleing steps and system configurations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams such as developers and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues and support application updates and enhancements.
- Testing: ist in the testing of new application features and updates to ensure they meet quality standards before deployment.
- Training: Provide training and support to endusers on new applications and updates as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in application support IT support or a related role is preferred.
- Technical Ss: Basic understanding of application support and troubleing. Familiarity with database queries and scripting languages is a plus.
- ProblemSolving: Strong ytical and problemsolving ss with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
