Overview: We are seeking a motivated and pionate Technology Investing Intern to join our venture capital team remotely. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in the fastpaced world of venture investing focusing on technology startups. You will work closely with seasoned investors and entrepreneurs gaining insight into deal sourcing due diligence investment ysis and portfolio management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and ysis to identify emerging technology trends and investment opportunities.
• ist in evaluating potential investment opportunities by yzing business models financial statements and market dynamics.
• Support due diligence efforts by gathering and synthesizing information from various sources.
• Prepare investment memos presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and track portfolio company performance and industry developments.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to venture investing.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Administration Economics Computer Science or related field.
• Strong interest in venture capital entrepreneurship and technology innovation.
• ytical mindset with the ability to conduct indepth research and financial ysis.
• Excellent communication ss both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
• Prior internship or coursework related to venture capital private equity or technology investing preferred.
