Job Description

Work fully remotely or from our beautiful offices! Join our dynamic team as a Support Agent and play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients customer experience. If you have a strong work ethic proactive mindset and can work independently this role is for you.

Your contributions forwardthinking approach and solutionoriented mindset will be as critical as your adherence to company procedures.

Tasks

What will you be doing:

Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner following the company procedures
ist customers with account issues game rules and betting inquiries.
Investigate and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary
Foster relationships with game and sports odds providers as well as other departments to resolve customer queries and issues.
Trouble technical problems related to online gaming and betting platforms.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of casino games sportsbook betting promotions and company policies.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.

Requirements

What are we looking for:

Experience: minimum of 1 year in a customer service role within the iGaming industry (both casino and sportsbook).
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated strong customer orientation.
Independence: Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
ProblemSolving: Strong ytical technical troubleing and problemsolving abilities.
Language Ss: Fluent in English; fluency in Finnish Norwegian Spanish French German or Polish is a plus.
Escalation Handling: Experience as the point of contact for various types of escalations is advantageous.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Tools: Familiarity with Intercom Slack PaymentIQ Sumsub and Notion is considered a plus.
