1. Event design:
Propose original ideas for events.
Book rooms (internal and external)
Select caterer and define menus.
Rent specific equipment and furniture.
Find service providers for sound lighting decoration and speakers.
Find sponsors or financial partners for events.
Establish contacts with potential speakers for future events.
2. Event preparation:
Organise briefings for maintenance catering security and audiovisual teams.
Install signage.
Ensure consistency and smooth operation of media content on broadcast media.
Set up sets and other equipment on Dday.
Manage the flow of service providers in compliance with the schools safety standards (entry pass).
3. Event communication:
Help design posters.
Create invitations (via Google Form Eventbrite).
Monitor registrations send reminders.
Support volunteers and students involved in event organization.
Help produce eventrelated content for social networks and the website (articles photos videos).
4. Equipment Management:
Manage the inventory of event equipment and plan its maintenance.
Ensure availability of equipment for each event.
5. Evaluation and Reporting:
Evaluate events after completion and gather feedback.
Write postevent reports to analyse strengths and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Creativity attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Other skills:
Good people skills
Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines
Exposure to project management
Independent and responsible
French mother tongue and fluent in English
6month internship starting from January 2025
Full time 42h / week

1. Conception de l v nement :
Proposer des id es originales pour les v nements
R server des salles (interne et externe)
S lectionner le traiteur et d finir les menus
Louer du mat riel et du mobilier sp cifique
Trouver des prestataires pour le son les lumi res la d coration et les intervenants
Rechercher des sponsors ou partenaires financiers pour les v nements
tablir des contacts avec des intervenants potentiels pour des v nements futurs
Organiser des briefings pour les quipes de maintenance traiteur s curit et audiovisuel
Installer la signal tique
Sassurer de la coh rence et du bon fonctionnement des contenus m dia sur les supports de diffusion
Mettre en place les d cors et autres mat riels le jour J

Aider la conception des affiches
