Responsibilities:

• input alphanumeric data from files data sheets and internet forms into the corresponding computerized files and databases
• Revise present data inputs when new information is received
• Organize and maintain filing systems for original files and assets
• Assist with other clerical responsibilities like copying faxing and record keeping when required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Basic computing abilities; knowledge of MS Office and data entry software a plus
• Ability to input at least 35 WPM
• Prior exposure with data input customer service customer support sales telemarketing or appointment setting
