You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Offsite Sales Office Associate is in charge to oversee the day to day operations of the satellite office.
Primary responsibility is to accept and reviews sales application and ensure the proper documentation.
Another major function is to attend daily inquiries requests and concerns coordination proper escalation and
possible resolution for internal and external clients.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deals directly with buyers/brokers/agents on new /old sales and all after sales issues.
2. Reviews all buyersupplied documents and checks the consistency completeness and correctness of the data
in each of the documents.
3. Handle all walk in clients perform incoming and outgoing calls.
4. Coordinates with the concerned units all requests of the buyers including the creation of the customer number
and customer requests and complaints.
5. Prepares and submits daily reports such as: productivity report sales report & transaction log
6. Print scan and file all buyers documents
7. Monitors all the requests of the buyers and the resolution on buyers complaints (sapphire).
8. Coordinates with the concerned PGs for the Updated Prices and Unit Inventories and CFD / Subd. Admin for
the turnover schedule.
9. Ensure to meet the set target for HDMF and Bank Fin take out
10. Accepts buyers payments and issues official receipts on Reservation down payment and monthly
amortization if cashier is on leave.
11. Ensures correct and accurate receipting of payment and correct details in payment template file
12. Ensures that all collections within the day are deposited as scheduled.
13. Safeguards Secures and Maintains Office Equipment and Fixtures.
14. Monitor billings from notarial outsource and utilities (company phone)
15. Attends to Open House and other Sales Activities.
16. Performs other tasks/duties that may be assigned from time to time.
