POSITION: Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and operational success of the company. This is a dynamic and handson position providing key insights through P&L reporting variance analysis KPI tracking and ERP implementation along with other adhoc projects. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance the role offers a comprehensive view of the finance function and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in P&L reports and perform detailed variance analysis
• Prepare the annual budget and oversee monthly forecasting
• Generate adhoc financial reports as needed
• Collaborate with department leaders to review and analyze financial variances
• Assist the project team in identifying trends risks and opportunities
• Manage cash flow and treasury responsibilities including maintaining rolling cash forecasts

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field (required)
• 510 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups pivot tables etc.)
• Interest in the manufacturing sector
• A proactive approach with a commitment to learning and contributing
• Strong team player with a selfstarting attitude
