Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and develop a team of Sales Advisors ensuring continuous performance improvement and team motivation.
- Regularly monitor work performance manage absenteeism and reduce attrition through effective team leadership.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and hold monthly 1:1 meetings with team members.
- Ensure outstanding performance is recognized and rewarded.
- Establish a clear direction for your team aligning with sales targets and client expectations.
- Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork promoting a positive work environment.
- Actively coach and support team members identifying areas for skills expansion and career development.
- Monitor sales calls to maintain quality standards and adherence to processes ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to address any client or campaignrelated issues.
- Take part in process improvements enhancing efficiency and overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak with strong verbal and written skills; good command of English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations or team leadership ideally in a B2B environment.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/Contact Centre.
- A vibrant and driven personality to successfully motivate and coach a team.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales operations with experience managing KPIs.
- Adaptability to a fastpaced international environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills especially under pressure.
