We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our skilled nursing liaison team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to boost patient census across facilities.
- Lead and mentor the marketing liaison and admissions teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers referral sources and community organizations to generate referrals and drive patient admissions.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends opportunities and challenges in the healthcare landscape.
- Monitor team performance census trends and marketing efforts providing regular reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.
- Ensure all business development efforts align with the organizations mission vision and patient care standards.
- Actively participate in community events healthcare conferences and networking opportunities to elevate the companys visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing or healthcare marketing and business development preferably with some leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing highperforming teams including admissions personnel.
- Indepth knowledge of the Maryland healthcare landscape including regulations and referral processes.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong desire for career advancement within the organization demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to professional development.
Compensation:
- Salary of $100000 per year or more based on experience and candidacy.
