Job Description
Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond. Ability to obtain / maintain a Baseline clearance.
Essential criteria
1. Proven experience as a software developer with a track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects; experience in building team capability establishing/refining and influencing processes/practices excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong expertise in Salesforce Vlocity components including OmniScript DataRaptor and Integration Procedures.
3. Proficient in Salesforce Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce technologies.
4. Experience with DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD pipelines cloud infrastructure and version control systems (e.g. Git) and build tools.
5. Experience working with OOP frameworks & design patterns and building & working with integration (example REST APIs Platform Events).
6. Possess high level Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Omnistudio Developer/Consultant Salesforce Architect Domain).
Desirable criteria
1. Highly developed analytical and problemsolving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
2. Have successfully implemented minimum 5 Salesforce platformbased CRM projects using an agile methodology.
3. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
