Job Description
NOK Human capital is hiring Payroll Section Head for one of the biggest Companies in the FMCG sector supplying agricultural commodities across the Middle East and North Africa.
Location:New Cairo
Job Scope
Accountable for the entire payroll process ensuring accurate and timely processing of
employee payout.
Prepare payroll reports for management including wage and tax summaries address
discrepancies as needed and monthly cost vs budget.
Responsible for all payroll payments requests including Tax social insurance etc.
Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues.
Develop and update payroll policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
Support in annual budget exercise.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related
field; payroll certification is a plus.
2.FMCG background is a must
3. Experience: 1012 years of payroll experience with supervisory experience preferred.
4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll regulations labor law and tax laws.
5. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting payroll discrepancies.
6. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective
employee interaction.
7. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems; advanced
Excel skills are essential.
8. Detail Orientation: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
