Position Overview:
The Junior Market Access Analyst will support the development and of strategies to optimize market access and reimbursement for our products. This role involves analyzing market trends supporting strategic initiatives and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product positioning and access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and analyze market trends payer landscapes and reimbursement environments to support market access strategies.
- Data Management: Collect organize and interpret data related to market access and reimbursement processes. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Commercial Medical Affairs and Regulatory to ensure alignment and support for market access strategies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all market access activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of market access activities strategies and outcomes. Prepare documentation for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Support: Provide support for reimbursement submissions health technology assessments (HTAs) and payer negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Economics Life Sciences or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in market access health economics or a related field preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL) and experience with market research techniques.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- DetailOriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
