Job Description

Job Summary:

As an Associate Financial Analysis Consultant you will support our financial planning and analysis team by providing insightful and actionable financial analysis to drive business decisions. You will work closely with senior analysts and managers to develop financial models prepare reports and conduct variance analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting forecasting and strategic planning processes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports including variance analysis to assist in decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather financial information and support various business initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure financial practices adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Internship experience may be considered.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
    • Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
