The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) digital service team is looking for a Web Content Architect to assist with a website redevelopment project which includes an artificial intelligence based chatbot.
OCIOand the Department of Management are seeking a Web Content Architect to supportapproximately NA Drupal websites migrating to a new code base and design. TheContent Architect will be expected to work with agency content managers withGoogle Analytics data and data from other SEO tools to make recommendationsabout retiring content content design and navigation. The Content Architectwill handle requests from across the enterprise to publish new and updatedwebsite content and verify maintain and update as necessary website calendarentries and notifications.
Themigration to the new brand has been structured into five phases with this Scopeof Work covering of Phases One through Three for NA agency Drupalwebsites including the integration of Iowa Department of Public Health .Netwebsite. These sites have over NA000 pages and 41NA6 documents.
Thenew Iowa brand design is intended to be a collaborative process incorporatingthe best design features from recent State website development efforts andother State portals based on Drupal (e.g. Arizona Georgia Massachusetts andNorth Carolina).
Thegoal of the project is to provide human centered design resulting in a portalexperience that is designed around life events rather than the stateagencies organizational structures. Constituents should be able to accessservices through a single web portal.
