Senior Project Manager
About The Job
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 710 years of project management
experience in the building construction industry. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can
oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on
time within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong
understanding of construction methodologies contractual documents and project management
tools combined with excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Requirements:
Minimum 710 years of project management experience at a building construction firm;
Bachelors degree preferably in Construction Management or equivalent work experience;
Proficient understanding of contractual documents plans specifications and construction
means and methods;
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Procore MS Outlook Excel Word and MS Project;
Experience with accounting software e.g. Sage 300 CRE is preferred;
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills;
Ability to analyze and solve problems make informed project decisions;
Willingness to participate in training programs to enhance job knowledge and performance;
OSHA 10 Certification; OSHA 30 Certification within 6 months of hire.
