Skills:
- Seven years of experience is required 5 of which were in a supervisory role
- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor performance for patient care assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists with any corrective action.
- Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling
Certification/License:
- RN License required
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors Degree
Shift Timings: 04:00 PM12:00 AM EST
