Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the onsite mainframe team for batch support and enhancement projects. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and of batch processes. Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs to ensure timely and accurate completion. Implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and reliability of batch processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. The candidate should work closely with customers to solve their problems quickly. Preferred Skills: 7 to 10 years of experience in mainframe technologies with a focus on batch support and enhancement. Proven experience in the manufacturing domain is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of COBOL JCL DB2 and other mainframe tools and technologies. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of modernization techniques for legacy systems.
